History

Bridge of Allan Football Club was born on the 1st July 2004 as an under 10 football club playing in the Scottish Youth Football Association League.

James  Murphy started the club as a birthday present for his son Jonathan who was born on the 1st July 1995

Jonathan Murphy was Bridge of Allan Football  Club first ever signing. Jonathan  signed for the club on his 9th birthday on 1st July 2004.

When the club first started there was a lot of costs so the boys had to make do with man city tops and they had to bring their own white shorts and socks.

We have came a long way since then and i think the boys who have been here for a long time appreciate where we have come from to where we are now.

Jonathan is club captain and has had a successful time with the team winning the Billy Bremner Cup, Grahamston Challenge Cup and runners-up in the Blackpool Cup in 2006.

Bridge of Allan have also won 28 out of 36 league matches in 2006/07

They boys are very proud of our club badge as it was they themselves that designed it.
